• All transportation services are one-way. If you need round-trip service, please book the same item again.
• Vehicle images are for reference only. Suppliers will randomly arrange vehicles of the same type but different brands based on the vehicles available at the time and the guest's situation.
• To ensure a pleasant ride, please do not eat or drink in the vehicle.
• The driver can wait for free for 30 minutes. If the passenger has not boarded after 30 minutes, an additional overtime waiting fee of ¥5000 per hour will be charged.
• The driver can wait for 30 minutes free of charge. If you board the vehicle after 30 minutes, you will need to pay an additional overtime waiting fee of 5,000 yen per hour.
