How booking works
From browsing to boarding in four steps
1. Choose a route or a service
Start from a city, or go straight to the service you need — airport transfer, city charter, multi-day charter, island charter or attraction ticket. Every product page lists the vehicle class, the hours included and the seat capacity, so you can compare like for like.
2. Send the details
Give us the date, the pickup point, the drop-off point, the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. For airport pickups add the flight number — we track the flight and shift the pickup time automatically if it moves.
3. Confirm and pay
We confirm that a vehicle and driver are available before any payment is taken. You pay by card, PayPal or Alipay. Once payment clears you receive a booking confirmation with your driver's contact details and the meeting instructions.
4. Meet your driver
Your driver meets you at the agreed point with your name on display. On airport pickups the included free waiting time starts from the moment the aircraft actually lands, not from the scheduled time.
What is included
- Vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and parking on the agreed route
- The driver's own meals and accommodation on multi-day charters
- Free waiting time on airport transfers
- Passenger insurance as required by local regulation
- 24/7 reachable support during your trip
What is not included
- Attraction entrance fees, unless the product is sold as a ticket bundle
- Meals, accommodation and personal expenses for travellers
- Overtime beyond the daily hour block — billed at the rate shown on the product page
- Cross-border permits, visas or entry fees where a route requires them
- Gratuities, which are entirely at your discretion
Changing a booking
Date and time changes are free up to the change window shown on the product page, subject to vehicle availability. Anything you have already paid is credited against the new booking. See the cancellation policy for the exact windows.
