Changes instead of cancellations
Moving a date is usually better than cancelling. Date and time changes are free up to the same window as a full refund, and anything already paid is carried over to the new booking. Inside the window we will still try to move you, and we charge the difference in cost plus a change fee only where our supplier charges us.
Cancellations we make
If we have to cancel — no available driver, a vehicle failure, a route closed by weather or by authority — you may choose a full refund or a rebooking on another date at the same price. There is no cancellation fee when the cancellation is ours.
Weather and force majeure
Boat charters and island routes are the ones that genuinely can be stopped by weather. If the operator rules the sea unsafe, the boat element is refunded in full or rescheduled; the land transfer element continues to run as normal. For events outside anyone's control — natural disaster, civil unrest, airport or border closure — we refund whatever we are able to recover from the supplier and we show you that figure.
No-shows
If you are not at the meeting point within the included waiting time and we cannot reach you, the booking is treated as a no-show and no refund is due. Tell us early and we will almost always find a way to wait or re-arrange.
How to cancel or change
Send the request from the email address used to book, to the address on our contact page, or reply to your booking confirmation. The request takes effect at the time we receive it. If you are already in the vehicle, talk to your driver first — they can often reach the operations desk faster than email can.
When refunds arrive
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Card and PayPal timelines are set by the provider, not by us. Bank and currency conversion fees charged by your provider are outside our control and cannot be refunded.
