What a private charter is
A private charter is a vehicle and driver reserved for your party, for the route and time block shown on the selected product page. It is designed for travellers who want flexible pickup, multiple stops or a full-day route without moving between shared tours.
How private charter pricing works
Private charter prices are normally quoted per vehicle, not per passenger. The published package, selected vehicle option and checkout total are the source of record for the duration, route, passenger capacity and price. A one-way transfer, an hourly package and a full-day charter are different products; compare the stated service type before booking.
Choose the right vehicle
- Couples and small parties: choose a sedan or compact MPV only when the selected option has enough seats and luggage space.
- Families and groups: choose an MPV, van or minibus according to the passenger and luggage limits shown in that product's variant.
- Large groups: use a minibus or coach option where the product explicitly offers one.
Do not rely on a vehicle name alone. Check the exact variant, passenger count, luggage guidance and route restrictions before checkout.
Pickup, stops and drop-off
The product page states the pickup area, route and service duration. Provide the hotel, airport, ferry terminal or attraction name when booking. Extra stops, a pickup outside the stated area, a cross-city route or a late finish may require a different product or supplier confirmation.
What is included and excluded
Only the inclusions stated in the selected package and product description are included. Do not assume that attraction tickets, meals, traveller accommodation, overtime, tolls, parking, airport surcharges, permits or cross-border fees are included unless the selected product says so.
