Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range
• All vehicle types may be adjusted to the same class of vehicle depending on the dispatch on the day. Specific models cannot be selected.
• If a 7-seater vehicle carries 6 larger adults, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater vehicle to ensure comfort.
• Vehicles are limited to driving within a 300 km radius of the departure hotel.
• Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or minshuku within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If outside the area, a deadhead fee will be charged (JPY 5,000-20,000).
• Haneda Airport/Disneyland area are not within the Tokyo city area. Pick-up and drop-off will incur a one-way fee (JPY 5,000-10,000).

• Standard service time: 10 hours
※ For pick-up/drop-off at different locations (such as pick-up or drop-off in Karuizawa), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, empty car time will be reserved according to the actual arrangement.
• Service hours: 07:00-22:00
Overtime Fee Standard:
• Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour)
• Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour)
※ Overtime charges include overtime caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
