Child Seat and Luggage Regulations

• This service uses officially licensed vehicles, and child seats are not mandatory. If needed, please inform us in advance when booking. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge.

　※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 people's space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity.

• The standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, which will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

• If you exceed the passenger or luggage capacity, resulting in the inability to board the vehicle, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler.

Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range

• All vehicle types may be adjusted to the same class of vehicle depending on the dispatch on the day. Specific models cannot be selected.

• If a 7-seater vehicle carries 6 adults of larger build, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater vehicle to ensure comfort.

• Vehicles are limited to driving within a 300 km radius of the departure hotel. A service fee will be charged for cross-regional travel (e.g., Izu + Atami).

• Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If outside the area, a deadhead fee will be charged (JPY 5,000～20,000).

• Haneda Airport/Disneyland area is not within the Tokyo city area, and a one-way fee will be charged for pick-up and drop-off (JPY 5,000～10,000).

Chartered Time and Overtime Charges

• Standard service time: 10 hours

　※ If picking up or dropping off at a different location (such as Atami, Izu, etc.), the service time will reserve empty car time for the driver's outbound and return journeys according to the actual situation.

• Service time range: 07:00～22:00

Overtime Fee Standards:

• Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour)

• Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour)

※ Overtime charges apply to time extensions caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Other reminders

• The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please confirm that you can accept this condition before booking.

• The driver's contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before the car is used). Please be at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance.
