Service Time: 8-hour car service for round trips within Okayama city

Itinerary Distance: Total travel distance must be within 250 kilometers (route must be reasonable, without backtracking)

Driver Language: Drivers will be arranged randomly, either Chinese or Japanese, with Chinese drivers prioritized in principle.

Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers.
Standard Luggage Size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, we recommend that you book a suitable vehicle type to be able to carry all your luggage. Passengers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to failure to comply with the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type.

1. Child seats are not mandatory, but please reserve in advance if needed.
The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies 1.5 person space and may affect passenger or luggage capacity, so please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats are subject to an additional fee of 2000 JPY/per seat/per day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 8 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or B&Bs in Okayama city (out-of-town pick-up and drop-off will be subject to the driver's reserved driving time or additional fees depending on the actual situation). Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange a reasonable departure time to fully enjoy the attractions.
3. Empty car fee: There may be price differences for departures or endings in different locations. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after the order is placed.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friends setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in a timely manner).
5. After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
6. Overtime fees/extra kilometer fees will be charged if the actual car usage exceeds the service time or itinerary distance.
7. For total itineraries exceeding 250 kilometers, JPY300/per kilometer will be charged.
8. For connecting guests, if staying in a city outside Okayama, an additional driver accommodation fee of 8000 JPY is required.
9. Overtime rentals caused by traffic congestion will be charged regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
