4. Deadhead Fee: There may be price differences for pick-ups or drop-offs in different locations. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you after you place your order.

5. Overtime fees/excess kilometer fees will be charged if the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or travel distance.

6. A fee of JPY 300/km will be charged for total trips exceeding 200 km.

7. Overtime charges will apply for rental delays caused by traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
