Car Usage Time: 10 hours of car usage for round trips in Sapporo city.
Departure Time & Departure Location: According to customer needs
Itinerary Distance: The total distance traveled must be within 300 kilometers (the route must be reasonable and without backtracking).
Service Hours: 08:00-20:00
Driver Language: Drivers are randomly assigned Chinese, Japanese, or English. In principle, Chinese-speaking drivers are given priority.

If the rental time exceeds the time range, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver, please pay the driver directly in cash.

1. Child seats are not mandatory, but please reserve in advance if needed.
The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies 1.5 person space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please be sure to confirm in advance.
Additional child seats require an additional fee of 2000 yen/piece/day. For more than two child safety seats, please confirm with customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or B&Bs in Sapporo city (out-of-town pick-up and drop-off will reserve empty driving time for the driver or require additional payment depending on the actual situation). If the departure or end location is not in Sapporo, the service time is 8 hours. Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange a reasonable departure time in order to fully enjoy the attractions.
3. Empty car fee: There may be a price difference for departures or ends in different locations. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after the order is placed.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friends setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in a timely manner).
5. After placing the order, you can see the contact information of the customer service on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary arrangement. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
6. Overtime fees/extra kilometer fees will be charged if the actual car usage exceeds the service time or itinerary distance.
7. If the total itinerary exceeds 300 kilometers, JPY300/per kilometer will be charged.
8. For consecutive orders, if you stay in a city outside Sapporo, you will need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee: 8000 yen during the normal season (April-June; September-November) and 10000 yen during the peak season (July-August; December-March).
9. Overtime rentals caused by traffic congestion will be charged regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
10. During the peak tourist season in Hokkaido, there may be an additional price difference of JPY10000-30000 (the specific amount will be confirmed with you by customer service after the order is placed. If you have any objections before the order is confirmed, you can cancel the order). Please pay the driver in Japanese yen cash on the spot. Thank you for your understanding.
