If the group is dismissed at a scenic spot or station outside Sapporo, the driver's return journey time is included in the working hours. (For example, if the group is dismissed at Lake Toya, the car usage time is 8 hours, but it will be charged as 10 hours)
2. Overtime fees for car usage (5000 JPY/hour, 3000 JPY/half hour; less than half an hour is calculated as half an hour) should be paid directly to the driver on site.
3. Traffic jams may occur during the trip. Please follow the driver's arrangements. If overtime fees are incurred due to traffic jams, they still need to be paid. Please choose carefully.
4. Once the itinerary is confirmed, if changes are needed, please inform customer service one day in advance. If the itinerary exceeds the original plan, the difference in price needs to be paid.
